Penny Punked Out

Here's a doodle of Penny in slightly punkish attire. Lots of fishnets. The thought of doing this came into my mind last weekend coming home from a Tom Jones concert....If you can find a correlation between Penny, punk, and Tom-Freaking-Jones, please tell me, because I'm confused.
Originally, here eyes were going to be the only colored portion, but when was hard to tell that there were supposed to be words around the checkerboard heart on her shirt, I decided to make 'em red. Maybe I'll reupload it if I can get some whiteout and a toothpick to fix it. It's a shirt for her favorite ska band, Cruiser Nine. XD
